Find archives and manuscripts in Special Collections and University Archives and Charlotte Record. FAQ and How-to Video

Find Archives

Our library is proud to be part of the Archives of North Carolina, offering access to a rich and diverse range of archival collections. Finding aids serve as essential guides to these collections, which include manuscripts, university records, oral histories, and more.

Most collections are housed in the Conison Reading Room on the top floor of Jay Conison, where you can view the materials in person. A select number of finding aids also provide links to digital content, allowing you to access some resources remotely.

We invite you to contact us to learn more about our collections, request specific materials, or schedule an appointment. Our knowledgeable staff is here to assist you in making the most of our archival resources.
